TERMS OF SERVICE
PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through our website we will post to the address that you have provided. It is very important that you check the address information you have provided, an incomplete address consisting of just a door number and a postcode is not acceptable. You must provide the FULL postal address and ensure that you have included your FULL postcode. Secret Weapon UK will not be responsible for 'lost in post' items due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Secret Weapon UK knows that you want your products as soon as possible and we do our very best to provide a solid reliable service to every customer which is why we post out on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY all orders are processed in date order, during busy periods (such as Crufts, Christmas, or discount weekends) we ask you to please allow at least 2-3 working days for the processing and dispatch of your order, thereafter allow 3-5 working days for delivery via Royal mail 2nd class signed & tracked service. If your order is heavier than 2kg we will use a DPD delivery service. If you place an order after office hours your order will be processed and shipped on the next shipping day. We do not work on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Secret Weapon UK uses Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked & Signed service, the reason we use this method is because it allows packages up to 2kg for the same cost, so large (maximum weight 2 Litres) or smaller your UK postage will cost the same. If your order is heavier than 2kg we will use a DPD delivery service. When we send your order we receive a tracking number from the shipping company however the sheer volume of orders we process every day does not allow us time to send the tracking numbers individually. If you are placing an order from outside the United Kingdom we will always use a tracked and signed for service however once we have dispatched an item that is due to leave the UK, we cannot influence it's delivery time because every country has its own postal delivery service schedule.
RECEIPTS AND INVOICES
Your purchase receipt will be sent electronically to the email address you supply at checkout. If you have not received your receipt please check the junk mail folder of the email service you use. Your payment to Secret Weapon UK will appear on your bank/credit card statement as SWUK.
Please be assured that all order / postage records are held by Secret Weapon for a minimum of 6 months. If, when you receive your statement you do not recognise the payment, Secret Weapon UK will supply the relevant proof of purchase to your provider upon request.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

As stated in our terms of service above all orders are posted via Hermes or Royal mail 2nd Class signed for service, If after dispatch your order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to non delivery/collection by you from your local sorting office we will email you to advise of its return using the email address you supplied when you initially placed your order. If you want your order dispatched again you will be responsible the additional postage otherwise you can request a full refund minus postage costs.
If you wish to return an item it must be in an unopened unused condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package.. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your order, returns shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
